I found it interesting and decided to design a banner so here it is.
Its made over 3 different layers. I started by creating the first triangle using the marker tool.
Added the color by pressing Ctrl + Del, which filled out the marked area with the background color selected. I used the Polygonal Lasso Tool to shape the edges. The Burn Tool was used carefully to make the shadows. After the banner was finshed, i added some text and warped it, just so it would fit in about the same form as the banner.
